Exchanges
Since our products are made-to-order, we currently do not offer exchanges for items that are the wrong size, color, or style unless it’s due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part. Please ensure that you review the sizing charts and product descriptions before placing your order.
- Damaged or Defective Products: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We’ll gladly offer a replacement at no additional cost to you. Be sure to include photos of the product and the defect for our review.
Refunds
We offer refunds under the following circumstances:
- Wrong Item Received: If you receive the wrong item, color, or size due to a fulfillment error, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
- Defective or Damaged Products: If the product arrives damaged or with a printing error, we will offer a full refund or a free replacement. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, and please provide photos of the issue to help us process your request quickly.
Non-Refundable Items
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept refunds or exchanges for the following:
- Change of Mind: We cannot accept returns or provide refunds if you change your mind after placing the order.
- Incorrect Size Ordered: Since each product is custom-made, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for sizing issues that are not due to a manufacturing defect. Please refer to our sizing charts before making your purchase.
Return Process
If your item qualifies for a refund or replacement, follow these steps:
- Email us at limitlessfashionintl@gmail.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos of the product showing the defect or incorrect item.
- Our customer service team will review your request and, if eligible, provide further instructions.
- Depending on the issue, we will either process a refund to your original payment method or send a replacement product.
Please note that refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
